Our extension functions purely as a bridge between your browser's native capabilities and the web pages you visit. Here is how we handle specific types of data:
- Voice Data: All speech-to-text processing is performed locally using the Web Speech API provided by the Chrome browser. We do not record, store, or share your audio at any time.
- Text Content: The text generated from your voice is inserted directly into the input fields on the websites you visit. This text is never sent to our servers.
- Settings: Your preferences (preferred language,
recognition speed, etc.) are stored locally in your browser using
chrome.storage.sync.

To provide its functionality, VoiceFill Pro requires the following permissions:
storage: Used to save your language and speed preferences.activeTab: Used to detect text fields and insert typed content on the page you are currently viewing.scripting: Used to inject the floating widget.
